Collaborating with reservations, housekeeping, and engineering, you will anticipate needs, arrange concierge services, and resolve issues promptly, maintaining the brand’s exceptional reputation throughout the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest preferences.
• Experience with villa operations, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests, assist with check-in, and provide a warm welcome.
• Liaise with reservations and guests to establish needs and special requests.
• Offer concierge services, such as bookings, transport, and dining recommendations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure amenities function properly.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate check-out and bid farewell to departing guests.
• Seek guest feedback to maintain high-quality service standards.
