Job summary

Rosewood Doha seeks an experienced hospitality professional to lead restaurant operations on-site. You will supervise service, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold Rosewood's luxury standards across the dining experience.

Role requires Mandarin and English language skills, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor a diverse team while maintaining impeccable service, SOP compliance and brand integrity in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Languages: Mandarin and English fluency preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel or fine-dining service is desirable.
• Able to mentor and supervise hospitality staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and brand promise across the restaurant and bars.
• Coach and mentor associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Oversee service flow, table management and order accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues.
