Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Doha is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all food production across multiple outlets at The Pearl‑Doha. You will manage the Stewarding team, develop menus, and drive quality, safety, and profitability while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, luxury hotel experience, and a track record of cost control and team development in a high‑end environment.

Qualifications

• Led culinary teams to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
• Developed fine-dining menus and culinary offerings.
• Experience with food costing, controls, and compliance.
• Strong English communication and teamwork in luxury hotel settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food production across resort outlets.
• Manage Stewarding department and maintain sanitation.
• Develop menus, purchase specs, and recipes.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure safety standards.
• Develop and monitor food and labor budgets.
