Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar in Doha is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold our luxury standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will lead a talented team, supervise daily operations, and ensure immaculate cleanliness and presentation throughout the property.

We value strong leadership, two years supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet Four Seasons standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager to manage staff schedules and assignments.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, and place orders as needed.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property.
• Assist in managing lost and found procedures and documentation.
• Support in implementing sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.
