You will lead the public area team, coordinate daily operations, and collaborate with departments to deliver a premium guest experience while upholding Forbes and LQA compliance and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop the public area team to deliver luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Rosewood brand standards are implemented.
• Supervise public area associates and coordinate daily operations.
• Inspect and report on public area cleanliness and upkeep.
• Manage staffing levels based on occupancy and events.
• Prepare daily worksheets and coordinate with other departments.
• Report malfunctions to Engineering and ensure safety and proper tools are available.
