Job summary

Raffles Doha, part of the Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Leisure Sales team with administrative duties, proposals, contracts, and CRM management. The role involves coordinating with travel partners and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely responses and smooth booking processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality/Business degree and has experience in luxury hotel sales coordination, with strong English communication and Russian

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in a sales coordination, reservations, or hospitality sales role, preferably luxury hotels.
• Experience supporting leisure sales or working with travel partners is an advantage.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Russian fluency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Leisure Sales team.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales-related documentation accurately and timely.
• Manage client accounts, correspondence, and sales records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and leisure partners.
• Monitor room allocations and booking status in liaison with Reservations and Revenue Management.
• Prepare reports and performance trackers for the Leisure Sales team.
• Coordinate site inspections and client visits; liaise with internal departments for smooth bookings.
