Job summary

David Webb Doha boutique seeks a Senior Sales Advisor with a passion for fine jewelry and a proven track record in luxury retail. You will cultivate long-term client relationships, manage a high-value client book, and contribute to a prestigious, growing luxury house’s Doha operation.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or fine jewelry, building a personal client book in Qatar or GCC, and exceptional service standards. Based in Doha, relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry with verifiable sales record.
• Established personal client book in Qatar or wider GCC and ability to develop high-value relationships.
• Genuine product passion with knowledge of fine jewelry, precious stones, and luxury goods.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with warmth and sophistication.
• Well-organized, proactive, dependable, with a team-first attitude and client focus.
• Impeccable presentation and cultural awareness for Qatar's international clientele.
• Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage; additional languages welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and meet boutique targets; pursue new client acquisition and portfolio development.
• Build and maintain a VVIP client portfolio with detailed records and personalized outreach.
• Uphold boutique standards, assist in stock takes, inventory, and administrative tasks.
