IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations on designated floors, ensuring peak cleanliness and guest satisfaction in a luxury environment in Doha. You will supervise Room Attendants, coordinate with Front Office, and maintain safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping Operations is advantageous.
• Experience in Housekeeping operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room inspection standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across floors, rooms, corridors, and service areas.
• Assign tasks to Room Attendants and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular room inspections to maintain cleanliness and standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely release of clean rooms.
• Prepare shift handover reports and communicate updates to the next shift.
• Monitor cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance; ensure health and safety compliance.
