Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team and supervising staff.
• Experience controlling budgets and operating supplies.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property (rooms, public and common areas).
• Build productive relationships with housekeeping staff, clients and contractors.
• Support housekeeping team to deliver excellent cleaning service.
• Oversee daily on-the-job training for cleaning employees.
• Maintain accurate records of financials, maintenance and inventory.
