Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Doha seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping Attendants and ensure standards of cleanliness meet luxury hotel requirements. You will promote a positive work culture and supervise daily tasks to uphold high service standards.

In this role you will coordinate with teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in effective learning and development methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse work environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional language is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Housekeeping Attendants job assignment.
• Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
• Receive check-outs before reporting them as vacant.
• Receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
• Inspect areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard and immediate repairs are reported.
