Four Seasons Hotels Qatar in Doha is seeking a Sales Manager to lead cluster sales for Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you will drive revenue performance across both properties.

The role requires 2–3 years of luxury hotel sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, exceptional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• 2–3 years of luxury hotel or resort sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and trade shows.

Responsabilidades

• Administer the sales program of the hotel.
• Implement all sales action plans related to the market as outlined in the Commercial plan.
• Solicit local corporate/long stays/group/leisure segments for rooms, F&B, and events.
• Write strategic sales action plans for assigned segments.
• Maintain accounts revenue and business production; up-sell where possible.
