The Four Seasons Resort & Residences is seeking a Concierge Supervisor to join our luxury team in Doha. You will handle guest interactions with the highest hospitality standards, resolve inquiries, and anticipate guest needs while coordinating access for vendors and visitors to ensure seamless service across resort and residence operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in a luxury property concierge role, fluent English, strong knowledge of local attractions, and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of luxury property or hotel concierge experience.
• Knowledge of the city, activities and restaurants.
• Willing to experience various venues to gain knowledge.
• Able to multi-task in a high-volume environment with multiple systems.
• Excellent English written and verbal grammar.
• Arabic speaker is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with high hospitality and respond to special requests.
• Resolve resort and residence inquiries about hours, events, directions, etc.
• Process packages, faxes, messages and mail accurately and timely.
• Manage access for vendors, contractors and visitors with proper authorization.
• Update information on local attractions and coordinate tickets and reservations.
• Assist with pre-arrival planning and guest preferences.
