Kimpton is seeking a Restaurants Manager for its voco Doha Central property in Qatar. You will lead all day-to-day food and beverage operations across outlets, banquets, and in-room dining, driving guest satisfaction and profitability in a luxury setting.

You will coach and empower a multicultural team, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences from morning to night.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food & beverage operations in outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
• Set high service standards and drive continual improvements.
• Plan and execute F&B promotions and events to maximize revenue.
• Maintain top food safety, hygiene, quality, and compliance.
• Monitor financial performance and control costs across F&B.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth daily and event operations.
