Job summary

Kimpton is seeking a Restaurants Manager for its voco Doha Central property in Qatar. You will lead all day-to-day food and beverage operations across outlets, banquets, and in-room dining, driving guest satisfaction and profitability in a luxury setting.

You will coach and empower a multicultural team, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences from morning to night.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different,but you’ll mostly be:

• Manage all aspects of daily food & beverage operations, including outlets, kitchens, banquet facilities, and special events, ensuring compliance with operating policies and brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences by setting high service standards, implementing improvements, ad identifying opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Develop and execute F&B promotions calendars, assist in planning special event menus, and drive initiatives to enhance revenue and guest engagement.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, quality, and operational compliance.
• Monitor financial performance by achieving budgeted revenues, controlling expenses and labor costs, and maximizing profitability across all F&B areas.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure smooth operations during daily service and special events.

What we need from you

• Demonstrated success as a Restaurants Manager in a luxury or upscale hotel environment, with at least four years of experience managing All-Day Dining, Banquet, and In-Room Dining operations, including team leadership, operational management, and guest service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop multicultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a diverse and fast-paced hospitality environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
