Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
• Design creative and commercially successful menus aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality.
• Plan and manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leaders to create memorable dining concepts.
• Drive innovation and continuously improve menus, processes, and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and execute banquet, catering, and event culinary operations.
• Foster a positive, high-performing kitchen culture focusing on engagement and retention.
• Lead multiple kitchen operations such as Restaurants, Banqueting, and Room Service.
