Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha invites a seasoned Executive Office and Quality Manager to join our luxury team. The role provides high-level support to the Managing Director while coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving the hotel’s quality management and sustainability agenda across the property.

You will partner with the Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to advance strategic priorities, governance, and operational discipline, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of luxury hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience in quality management systems and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a high-profile hotel.
• Strong understanding of luxury standards, guest experience, and operational excellence.
• Experience coordinating internal and external audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director and coordinate priorities, schedules, and meetings.
• Coordinate and follow up on strategic initiatives, projects, and action plans.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefings, agendas, and communications.
• Maintain governance, coordination, and confidentiality across the organization.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Establish and monitor quality standards, tools, and processes across operations.
• Drive service excellence through regular quality reviews and audits.
