Raffles & Fairmont Doha invites you to join as Housekeeping Manager. You will lead housekeeping across two properties, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, presentation, guest comfort, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management, 3–5 years in luxury hotel housekeeping with supervisory experience, strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, suites, public areas and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet luxury service and cleanliness standards.
• Supervise, coach, motivate and develop housekeeping supervisors and staff.
• Plan staffing schedules, room assignments, daily workload and priorities.
• Coordinate with Front Office for accurate room status and readiness.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with Engineering on maintenance issues.
