Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen/mechanical room equipment.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; troubleshoot failures.
• Prepare surfaces, paint, and perform minor drywall/trim repairs.
• Operate equipment, follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures, and manage inventory.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts.
