Job summary

Autograph Collection in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a non-management Maintenance Engineer to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance on kitchen and mechanical equipment. The role requires basic troubleshooting, inventory control, and safe operation of building systems.

You will inspect and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related components, coordinate with shifts, and comply with safety policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Some maintenance/repair experience required; hotel engineering experience a plus.
No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Respond to guest repair requests and coordinate maintenance with shifts.
Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
Inspect tools and equipment, identify issues, and perform basic repairs.
Operate and test electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related components.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts as needed.
Follow safety policies and use Lockout/Tagout procedures when servicing equipment.
