Job summary

The Autograph Collection is seeking a hotel maintenance technician for a full-time role in Lusail, Qatar. You will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and help ensure building systems operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, with emphasis on safety procedures and collaboration across shifts. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; prior hotel maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in general maintenance and exterior/interior surface preparation and painting preferred.
• Hotel engineering or maintenance experience is a plus.
• No supervisory experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, equipment, and building systems.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair guestroom devices; follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate with shifts on activities.
