Job summary

Four Seasons Doha is seeking a Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and coordinate with servers to ensure a seamless dining experience. The role requires a refined service mindset and a passion for guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate welcomes guests in English (Arabic is a plus), supports hostess duties, and upholds Four Seasons standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Degree in hotel and restaurant management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests promptly at a table pre-set for the party size and guest preferences.
• Set up hostess stand, review reservations, and assist with room setup and coverage.
• Answer phone lines and take guest reservations or provide information on hotel services.
• anticipate guest needs, greet guests by name, and assist with special requests.
• Maintain daily menus checks and knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service and adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Complete special projects (e.g., menu changes, signage) as required.
