Four Seasons Doha invites a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant Server to join our luxury team. You will assist the Food Server, clear and reset tables, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience that reflects Four Seasons standards of service and hospitality.

The ideal candidate brings general food knowledge, strong personal presentation and excellent English communication, with a certificate in Hotel Management. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• This position requires familiarity with general food knowledge and proper guest service etiquette.
• Candidates should have good personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform to Four Seasons Standards is required, including table clearing and side work.
• An outgoing personality and a can-do attitude are important.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English is expected.

Responsibilities

• The Food & Beverage Assistant Server supports the Food Server in delivering a dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with side work, polishing silverware and restocking condiments.
• Contribute to a professional, friendly guest experience.
• Be available to work weekends, nights and holidays.
