Four Seasons Doha is seeking an Assistant Server - Banquet to join our Food & Beverage team. This role supports the Food Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and warmth.

The successful candidate will clear and reset tables efficiently and work weekends, nights, and holidays as required, while maintaining impeccable personal presentation and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• General food knowledge required.
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform to Four Seasons standards.
• Reading, writing and spoken English required.
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.

Responsibilities

• The Server Assistant assists the Food Server to provide an enjoyable dining experience, conforming to Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Server Assistant clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
