Job summary

Rosewood Doha seeks a senior salon leader to deliver a luxury guest experience with high personalization. You will manage appointments, lead a team of stylists, promote Duck amp Dry products, and ensure impeccable hygiene and service standards across the salon.

Collaborating with the Wellness Manager, you will drive client retention strategies while overseeing daily operations, inventory, and staff development in a premium Asaya context within Rosewood Doha.

Qualifications

• Luxury salon customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor stylists to meet brand standards.
• Solid understanding of salon operations and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment schedule to ensure timely service delivery.
• Upsell hair services and Duck amp Dry products to deepen guest experience and revenue.
• Lead the team and mentor stylists to meet luxury standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols across the salon.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and tact to uphold satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Wellness leadership to plan marketing and client retention initiatives.
• Monitor service revenue and retail sales to meet targets.
• Adapt stylist rota to meet business needs and ensure smooth operations.
