Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking a senior restaurant leadership role to drive guest satisfaction, financial performance and operational excellence across the property’s dining outlets. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and uphold Rosewood standards in a dynamic luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Satisfaction: Ensures delivery of brand promise and service standards.
• Coaches associates in guest service skills and maintains positive guest interactions.
• Handles guest and associate complaints quickly and effectively.
• Finance/Administration: Monitors F&B costs and aligns with budget.
• Organizes budgets, forecasts, and department plans; ensures proper pricing and stock levels.
• Operations: Knows outlet floor plan and F&B offerings; responds to guest inquiries and maintains SOPs.
