Job summary

Accor is seeking a Specialty Waiter/Waitress in Doha to deliver high-end service and create a personalized dining experience. You will share expert knowledge on menu items, ingredients, and presentation while ensuring prompt delivery and impeccable presentation.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, superb customer service, grooming, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual skills, including Russian, are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Specialty Waiter/Waitress in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant cuisine ingredients and dining customs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-groomed, professional presentation with attention to detail.
• Multilingual skills; Russian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them and personalize the dining experience.
• Provide high-quality, specialized service and thoughtful recommendations.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, preparation techniques and presentation.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure presentation meets standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle VIP guests discreetly.
• Coordinate with chefs, bartenders and service team for seamless operations.
• Follow safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Address guest complaints or special requests with a problem-solving approach.
