Job summary

Raffles Doha & Fairmont Doha seeks a Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury setting. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest menu items, and coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Good English communication and strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve meals and beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set throughout service.
• Check guest satisfaction and handle requests promptly.
