The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate Sales Manager – Corporate to join our commercial team. The role focuses on building meaningful connections with corporate clients in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will identify opportunities, drive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, conduct meetings and site visits, and manage key accounts. Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events and Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager role within luxury hospitality or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of the corporate market, preferably within Qatar
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and brings positive energy to the team

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key business partners
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market
• Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and business growth
• Conduct client meetings, sales calls, presentations, networking events, and site visits
• Develop and manage key accounts while creating long-term partnerships
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Prepare sales forecasts and account plans to support business success
