Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team and create unforgettable first impressions for guests in a luxury setting.

Join a refined destination inside Doha’s iconic former Ministry of Interior building, offering seven dining concepts, Ned’s Club and a 30-metre outdoor pool. The role requires a service-focused professional with strong communication skills and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Front Office or guest-facing role within hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins: confirm reservations in Opera, verify ID, collect payment, assign rooms, issue keys.
• Secure valid form of payment prior to issuing keys.
• Set up accurate guest accounts and manage billing at check-in.
• Activate and reissue room keys as needed, using the electronic key system.
