Job summary

Education City Golf Club in Doha seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue across memberships, sponsorships, venue hire, MICE, and partnerships. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients while expanding the corporate and individual client base.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering results across all commercial streams and collaborations with Qatar Foundation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or hospitality management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
• In-depth industry knowledge and exposure.
• Proven relationships, database and network of industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Promote and represent ECGC services and facilities on sales calls, trade shows, conferences and events.
• Drive and maintain relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, hotel partners, and stakeholders to generate new and repeat business.
• Foster strategic partnerships with Qatar Foundation members and corporate clients.
• Submit client quotations, proposals, and bid documents.
• Convert proposals and bids into signed business deals.
• Develop and execute a structured sales plan covering all revenue streams.
• Conduct site tours and presentations for prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities for ECGC tournaments and events.
