Job summary

The Ned Doha is seeking a seasoned F&B supervisor to lead restaurant operations in a luxury setting. You will train, supervise, and motivate staff, ensure SOP adherence, and resolve guest questions in the absence of senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in hospitality.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Deputize the Manager in attending meetings and supporting restaurant operations.
• Assist in implementing SOPs and ensure consistent service quality.
• Respond proactively to guest queries and resolve issues in the manager's absence.
• Report and address maintenance issues affecting service quality.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and rectify issues during meals.
• Coordinate with Head Chef to ensure smooth service and mise en place.
• Prepare table plans and ensure tables are cleared and reset per reservations.
• Greet guests professionally and capture food and beverage requirements.
• Ensure accurate billing and demonstrate knowledge of all menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of service and Back of House areas per Health & Safety standards.
• Handle administrative duties including payroll, holidays, and staff rotas.
• Uphold company values and grooming standards; communicate guest feedback to management.
