Job summary

The Ned Doha, housed in Doha's iconic former Ministry of Interior building, is seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead a luxury hospitality communications program. This is a leadership role for a highly organized professional with a strong operational background, a passion for excellence, and the ability to lead and develop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media network with a track record of top-tier press coverage.
• Arabic speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated PR and communications strategy to boost brand visibility and market positioning.
• Lead relationships with external PR agencies, setting expectations and reviewing deliverables.
• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, editors, and industry stakeholders.
• Secure high-value editorial coverage across hospitality, travel, dining, wellness, and culture.
• Create press releases, media kits, speeches, and thought leadership content.
• Plan media events, press trips, influencer collaborations, and launches.
• Support promotion of luxury hospitality experiences, dining concepts, wellness, and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, Membership, and Operations for brand alignment.
• Identify strategic partnerships with luxury brands and tourism stakeholders.
• Monitor coverage and trends, delivering regular performance insights.
