Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha West Bay is seeking a Full-Time, non-management Hospitality Professional to greet guests, seat them, and provide current menus. You will guide guests through dining rooms, assist with special seating needs, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and providing menus.
Guide guests through dining rooms and assist as needed.
Move and arrange tables/chairs and prepare seating for groups with special needs.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and monitor dining room activity.
Follow company policies and safety procedures; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
Ensure uniform and professional appearance and protect company assets.
Welcome guests with courtesy and use proper etiquette when speaking on the phone.
Support team to reach common goals and address colleagues' concerns.
