Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or five-star properties preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and flexible service at all times.
• Be well groomed, clean, and pleasant in appearance.
• Report for duty on time and adhere to grooming standards.
• Know the hotel facilities and services, including Spa, Restaurants, Gym.
• Maintain guest room and wardrobe in a neat and tidy fashion.
• Coordinate with Front Office for speed check-in/check-out as needed.
• Assist in arranging medical assistance when required.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
