Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
• Drive KPI achievement and cross-/upselling across product categories.
• Represent Prada within the local market and build loyal relationships with clients.
• Maintain exceptional client experiences on the sales floor and through omni-channel initiatives.
• Oversee store operations, budgets, and product feedback for buying sessions.
• Foster clienteling, events, and private appointments to grow client spend.
• Ensure alignment with company policies and visual standards.
