Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our kitchens and Food & Beverage operations by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and organisation in back-of-house areas. You will work with Culinary and F&B teams to ensure equipment and utensils are cleaned and available for daily operations.

The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Stewarding, Kitchen Operations, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a multicultural team.
• Hardworking, reliable and responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and other operating items.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain hygiene standards in kitchens and back-of-house areas.
• Support Culinary and F&B teams with delivery and collection of items.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene, health, safety and hotel standards.
• Be flexible for shifts, weekends and holidays.
