Job summary

Ennismore's Our Habitas resort in Qatar is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft mocktails, coffees and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Our Habitas standards.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, manage stock, follow recipes, and collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to create memorable moments for diverse guests. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a bartender or barista in hospitality.
• Luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mocktails, specialty beverages, coffee preparation, and beverage presentation.
• Familiar with bar equipment, inventory procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve mocktails, juices, smoothies, coffee and tea per resort standards.
• Maintain beverage quality, presentation and portion control.
• Create signature drinks using seasonal ingredients.
• Provide personalized guest service and anticipate needs.
• Ensure timely service during operations and events; follow recipes and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock counts; maintain FIFO rotation.
• Upsell beverages and manage POS orders; support F&B promotions.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B teams for seamless service.
