Job summary

Four Seasons Doha is seeking a courteous Bellman to greet guests, assist with luggage, escort them to rooms, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. The role emphasizes discretion, guest satisfaction, and seamless coordination with Front Desk and Concierge teams.

Candidates should have 1-3 years in a related field, preferably hold a drivers license, and demonstrate excellent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in related field.
• Preferably with Driver's License.
• Excellent command in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities.
• Provide information about hotel services, outlets, and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Performs shoeshine service; pick up shoes from guest room, clean and polish them and return them to the guest.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
