Job summary

voco Doha Central, a pre-opening hotel in the heart of Doha, seeks a Bellman to create a warm welcome from the moment guests arrive. You’ll provide seamless luggage assistance, anticipate guest needs, and deliver friendly, efficient service to ensure every guest feels valued and at home throughout their stay.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in Bell Services, Concierge, or Valet operations.
Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
Proven problem-solving abilities to turn issues into memorable moments.
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests professionally and provide prompt luggage assistance.
Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and room features.
Deliver luggage, messages, and amenities accurately and securely.
Handle luggage with care during arrival/departure, ensuring proper ID checks.
Assist with guest transportation and coordinate transfers when needed.
Maintain lobby and bell desk cleanliness and report safety concerns.
Respond to guest inquiries with accurate information on services and local attractions.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
