Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Valid school administrator certification or principal licensure.
• Five years of divisional teaching experience.
• Experience as instructional coach, curriculum coordinator, or associate principal in elementary.
• Data-driven decision making and PLC experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Leadership Team to develop and implement the school’s educational program.
• Leads data-informed PLCs to strengthen curriculum and student achievement.
• Oversees MTSS addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Leads campus safety and crisis preparedness with the Director of Operations.
• Designs proactive interventions and coordinates safeguarding practices.
• Represents the school in community engagement and family partnerships.
