Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Educational Leadership or related field.
• Valid school administrator certification or principal licensure.
• Candidates currently enrolled in a qualifying program with planned completion date.
• Valid teaching credential and divisional teaching experience.
• Experience as an instructional coach, curriculum coordinator, or associate principal in elementary setting.
• Proven ability to lead people, manage processes, and improve learning.
• Experience working in a PLC environment to set and reach divisional goals.
• Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, pedagogy and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and collaborate to develop and implement the educational program.
• Lead and supervise PLCs to strengthen curriculum and student outcomes.
• Oversee Student Support Team partnerships and MTSS implementation.
• Direct campus safety, crisis readiness, and daily operations of the division.
• Champion safeguarding and community well-being with rigorous safeguarding practices.
