Job summary
Experience in Qatar is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel to conduct legal analysis, research, and provide advisory support on disputes within real estate and construction sectors. The role involves drafting opinions, reviewing materials, and guiding settlements in collaboration with external lawyers.
You will represent the company in court, police stations, ministries, and other government entities, with meetings involving court experts and ongoing oversight of contract clauses and compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience with Qatar jurisdiction, real estate and construction dispute resolution.
