Job summary

Ariane Real Estate in Qatar seeks a senior legal professional to conduct in-house analysis, research complex matters, and provide strategic advice on real estate and construction disputes. You will draft opinions, memos, and briefing documents, and monitor compliance with contractual clauses in settlements.

You will represent the company in court and before ministries, coordinate with external counsel, and support settlements through formal dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar real estate and construction dispute resolution.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English; bilingualProficiency in legal drafting and briefing documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal analysis and research on matters related to real estate and construction.
• Provide advice on legal matters and draft opinions, memoranda and briefing documents.
• Review legal materials and settlements, monitor compliance with contractual clauses.
• Assist external lawyers in drafting memoranda and defence as needed.
• Represent the company and employees before court, police, ministries and other government entities.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years


• Languages: Bilingual — fluent in both Arabic and English


• Background: Qatar jurisdiction / real estate and construction dispute resolution.
