Job summary

taameergroup in Doha is seeking a Legal Specialist to represent the company before government authorities, courts, regulatory bodies, and official entities, while providing legal support for real estate, leasing, contracts, property, and corporate matters.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English to ensure compliance with Qatar laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law / LLB or equivalent.
  • 5–7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in Qatar.
  • Experience in real estate, property, leasing, contracts, and commercial matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar's legal and regulatory framework.
  • Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company before government authorities, courts, municipalities, regulatory bodies, and other official entities as authorized.
  • Handle legal submissions, applications, notices, correspondence, and government-related documentation.
  • Provide legal support for property purchases, sales, transfers, registrations, and property-related transactions.
  • Review and draft contracts including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, tenancy agreements, brokerage agreements, and service contracts.
  • Conduct legal due diligence on properties, projects, and business transactions.
  • Handle tenancy, leasing, contractual, and property-related disputes.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers and law firms on litigation, arbitration, and other legal matters.
  • Advise management and departments on legal risks, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure company activities comply with applicable Qatar laws and real estate regulations.
  • Maintain records of contracts, legal cases, title deeds, powers of attorney, licenses, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor legal deadlines, contract renewals, court hearings, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements
