Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's or Bar certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant legal experience (private sector preferred).
- Strong understanding of Qatari and regional legal frameworks.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and labor matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Represent the company in legal disputes and negotiations.
