You will draft and review contracts, manage regulatory compliance, assess risk factors, and negotiate with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities to protect the company's interests. Strong integrity and knowledge of local laws are essential.

1. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.).
2. Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
3. Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
4. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
5. Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues.
6. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
7. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
8. Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
9. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
10. Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility.
11. Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
