Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Doha seeks a Learning Design Specialist/Senior Specialist to design and continuously enhance BCG U’s learning content. You will ensure content remains engaging and aligned with client needs and learning best practices.

Embedded on client-facing case teams, you will develop modules, simulations, role plays, and enablement materials, collaborating with SMEs and vendors to deliver impactful learning across programs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of instructional design experience.
• Knowledge of learning science applied to adult learning.
• Experience designing curriculums and assessments.
• Experience developing ILT, VILT, WBT, micro-learning and social learning.
• Strong attention to detail and reviewer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Content development & innovation for learning solutions.
• Design of self-paced modules, masterclasses, role plays, and simulations.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to co-create high-quality content.
• Standardize and customize content across programs and upgrade materials.
