Job summary

Employment seeks a Technical Trainer – Water to lead technical trainings, maintain training facilities, and continuously improve training quality. The role involves evaluating trainees, planning resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements include a Master or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, a Train the Trainer certification, and at least 5 years in engineering with 1 year in training/development preferred.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
• Training methodology Certification (Train the Trainer).
• At least 5 years of engineering experience and ideally 1 year in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical trainings and supervise participants.
• Maintain training rooms and equipment.
• Update training material and continuously improve training quality.
• Evaluate trainees and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with QA and Continual Improvement to support ISO/Risk Management/ISMS certification.
