Job summary

ALI BIN ALI seeks a Training Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that reinforce each brand’s philosophy and elevate the field sales team's expertise in skincare applications and selling behaviors.

You will oversee aestheticians and therapists in hotels, day spas, salons, and barbers, and support promotions and events to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and brand building across domestic and travel retail markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics from a reputable college.
• 5–7 years of experience in the beauty industry, GCC experience preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligning with brand philosophy.
• Train field sales teams on product knowledge and advanced skincare techniques.
• Lead and coordinate training materials, presentations and webinars.
• Oversee training for aestheticians and therapists in hotels, spas and salons.
• Collaborate with marketing on events, promotions and brand experiences.
