Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen and ensure exceptional food quality. You will design innovative menus inspired by Egyptian cuisine, supervise all kitchen staff, monitor portioning and plating, and manage ingredient orders and supplier relationships to optimize cost and freshness.

You will uphold safety standards and train team members to deliver consistent results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience with Egyptian cuisine and ability to create menus with modern twists.
